If the Western world and their media say bad thing about any leader or person in any part of the world, it means that the leader is not obeying their commands and actually care about their own people. Culturally, there is nothing like child soldier in Africa. If your people or particular ethnic group is threatened, everyone has to fight at some point in one way or the other regardless of age or gender. It is a thing of responsibility, bravery and pride.
