I’m watching from the states….Milwaukee, Wisconsin in the cold cold cold midwest!!! This dish would make for a perfect hearty dish for a day like today….we’re -35 below 🥶 I LOVE LOVE LOVE NIGERIAN FOOD, as my by brother-in-law is from Nigerian but lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife (my sister) and daughter (my niece)….he’s been in the family for almost 30yrs and I’m very familiar with the Nigerian cuisine, just can’t prepare 😂 When I travel to visit them, he ALWAYS have ALLLLL of my favorite dishes prepared, including your recipe, and my goodness is it ALWAYS DELICIOUS….I bring me, my luggage and of course my appetite waiting with anticipation to grub down 😂 Thanks for sharing your wonderful recipe….keep them coming as I’m not new to your channel!!! Hmmmm! You're indeed Joyful cook😘. So I was going to make Egusi soup tonight and I wanted it to actually taste different from the regular. Then I remembered I had downloaded this video long ago. Guess what, I followed through on the steps and the Egusi Soup was not just nose blinding but it was ear blinding, throat blinding. Mehn 😍😍😍I couldn't let go off my own pot of Egusi Soup.
