Thank You I am just learning. I have it in the middle of my house bolted into the top of the vaulted ceiling..(roof) I originally got a net platform swing for my son who is 6 yrs old & has autism.. he absolutely loves it and there’s been a lot of success with it. So now I can hook his and put mine in. Thank you again for all your helpful shows😊

Strengthening your upper body, especially the shoulders and back, will give you the posture to fight unnecessary injuries and maintain form in lengthy, grueling workouts. Toned and strong arms will also help propel you in other exercises that rely heavily on your legs. Working the upper body also has its benefits in strengthening abs and core muscles, and helping you burn calories at a faster rate.

Joy Scola totally. And as you can see by my shakey arms, even though I do lots of other upper body strengthening work, there is nothing quite like this. Thanks for the challenge!

What material is your hammock made out of? It looks different from his. His is that parachute material I don't like. Yours looks like the actual silky stretchy material used in aerial yoga studios. Is it?
@joyscola4 жыл бұрын
Mine are parachute material and I don’t like it either. Lol. I’m going to invest in a silk version or just buy the fabric and make myself. 😅🙌

Great video!!! Question your arms are longer than your seat. My Yoga trapeze are at the same level even when I adjusted the knots. Mine make it difficult to grab the handles and invert.. I use extenders to connect mine. do I have to connect the arms and the seat in the same loop? I wanted to place the arms in the loop below the seat loop so that the arms can be longer.. Can I do this? is it safe to do this?
@joyscola4 жыл бұрын
Hey Lynnis, you can definitely do that! My FIL does that for the same reason. 🙌
