I love this, but it really digs into my back pretty badly. How can I modify to spread the fabric out behind my back when you go backwards?

Make sure your clips are all the way up on the sling so you have all the fabric to work with. Lift yourself up a little bit when you’re holding the middle handles and try to get the fabric into a position that doesn’t dig as much. Sometimes wiggling around will help the fabric spread too. Hope that helps!
