Great video! How consistent are your temps to to bottom?
@JPBBQ2 жыл бұрын
Not to bad maybe about 15 to 20 degrees from the bottom to the top. Holds even better when use as a water smoker, the temps are only about 5 degrees difference then. Thanks appreciate the question,

Appreciate the comment Chris and so sorry for not uploading videos like I normally do. I have started going back to school and taking a lot of classes. This last semester took a lot of my extra time away. I am planning on doing some videos soon, just need to plan the time for them. Once my classes are over I should be back at full swing. Thanks and appreciate the support.

Those ribs look great, and man that lonestar smoker is real nice! Ever try butcher paper instead of foil? Just curious b/c I recently made the switch myself and I am a big believer in that now. Keep up the good work my friend!
@JPBBQ2 жыл бұрын
Thanks, I may have to try the butcher paper on ribs. Normally I use it for my briskets but sounds like a good idea. Thanks
