1/2 cup coriander seeds
2 tbsp Cumin seeds
2 tbsp toor dal
2 tbsp urad dal
2 tbsp chana dal
1/2 Tsp methi seeds
1 tsp black pepper
Fry 2 minutes in low flame
Add 1 tsp mustard seeds
15 curry patta
1/2 Tsp turmeric powder
1/4 Tsp asefoteda( hing)
Fry 30 second
15 kashmiri chilli
5 spicy chilli fry 1 minute in low flame
After cool grind into fine powder
