I worked as a bouncer at nightclubs for years. Never ceased to amaze me how pissed attractive women would get when they couldn't charm me into letting them jump the line. Their looks is the only bargaining chip that they have and calling you gay is the only weapon they have in their arsenal.

As soon as you stop looking at people in terms of 1-10, and you start seeing people as just... people, it frees you, and the power dynamic goes away. I used to not be able to talk to pretty women ever. I was super intimidated, awkward, fidgety, all of that affected me. But all of that was dispelled once I got to experience having a "9/10" girlfriend, and I started realizing that people are just people, no different from any of the others that are in the "league" that i'm supposed to be in. She was annoying, needy, combative, insecure, entitled and flawed like the rest of us, and she drove me up the freakin wall. Long story short, don't put them on a pedestal just for the way they look. They eat, sleep, sh*t, bleed red and share the same sun as anyone else does.

As someone who has had super hot (and emotionally unstable) girlfriends, it's actually quite simple not to get run over like that: 1. Always keep in mind that she's not really yours and that it's probably just a phase, no matter what she says, 2. Never let her looks charm you into deviating from your principles. Always stay the man that you are and be the best version of yourself that doesn't take any shit from her. Let her go before letting go of yourself.

A woman who is born excessively pretty can have everything she wants based on her looks.... and that's the trap. I'm a social worker, seen plenty of these former beauty queens who end up destitute single mothers the minute they start no longer looking like teenagers and they haven't landed a very wealthy man to marry, crying over the fact that men never saw anything other than their looks. But looks always fade, no matter who we are. I think the real challenge for extremely attractive women is to cultivate their inner world beyond how things make them feel.

@@rumham4766 Sure, that’s easy. Until You try making money with taxes and bills thrown down your neck and other life expenses like food and gas for the cars. Or, Just work on your game. I had a woman, when I was 19 and working at an outdoor bar, it was fun gig but also not since I’m an introvert and hate big crowds, and this woman, probably early to mid 30s, comes up to me and she starts talking to me, she starts flirting with me right there in front of, I’m going to guess and say husband, and her two young kids, as amazed as I was about this I was also horrified that the husband has no clue that his wife was throwing “f**k me” eyes at me, a stranger who’s just trying to work his last half-hour of his shift, if I was single, and She was also available, i would’ve never pursued her even if she wasn’t married or attached because she had kids with her, but it just shows that some women will flirt regardless and flirting is one thing, sure, and I’m not so sure she would’ve gone farther with me if I had been more receptive of her advances, but the point remains the same, if she could flirt, maybe she would’ve tried to jump my bones if I gave her the hints and let her. But two good things did come out of that, I realize I was just giving off the wrong vibes and it must’ve been because I was giving off a certain open vibe that had led to her coming over to me, a few different times, and would just talk to me about the random stuff they saw that day, like the live music they had seen that day, and a few times I know I saw her give me this curious look, like she liked me and liked what she saw, but didn’t really get me, but that’s probably since she didn’t know me and I didn’t say much, I just let her talk. That was the other good thing I learned out of that, Don’t over-talk, let them talk.

The reason it seems "uglier" women don't have a good opinion of men is because men treat people(women) with respect based on how attractive they find them. If a woman was ugly to you how likely are you to give them a smile or treat them with the respect you would a pretty girl?

I'm glad someone finally brought this up. Discrimination based on attractiveness is huge. Don't know if we can do anything about it since it's so deeply ingrained in human nature, but yes, people obviously treat attractive people better, give them more opportunities, give them massive confidence boosts, want to date them, etc. You go to Central Park on a Saturday morning and you see neverending march of hot people that all happen to be rich and successful, how does that happen? It's a taboo subject because no one wants to talk about looks, but it's a huge source of disparity.

@DekkarJr5 жыл бұрын
That's one of the areas where men get make up the disadvantage. Socioeconomic status is valued much higher in a partner, particularly a long term partner for women. Even when women have a successful career doing whatever and make a lot of money, they still prefer men who make more money than men who make less. That's why you've got shit like 20 years olds marrying 50 year old dudes. People can call em gold digging whores if they like, it's not inaccurate, but women are genetically programmed to prefer men with a greater socioeconomic status for procreation :3

Woman are attracted to confidence rather it be financial confidence,physical,mental,sexual etc. If they can let them selves submit to a partner that they know is confident enough to take the reins and take care of the situation and them. Men are in the moment do evers. Women are self contious thinking about how they look from the outside. This isn't universal but its average psychology. Biologicaly and even subconsciously they look for a mate that can take care of them and confidence in ones self projects this. The dont havevthat biological lust towards hotness in the same aspect men do. A healthy man would produce good off spring but being handsome again comes from being confident because what being handsome to a woman entails. Men are biologically drawn to "hot" women because child bearing hips,clear skin,symmetrical features and big breast all ahow healthy mates for producing offspring. Nah...they are always hotter than the level they are at. The used to be hot 50 year old woman. Is still better looking than most women her age. Luckily at that point the 55 year old men or even the dorkier 45 year old men. Would already be situated in their lives successes and be rich. So the better than other 50 year old women woman. Can now grab the older, rich guys. Especially the older rich guys who never got girls when they were younger. And especially since the woman is older. He will view her as a more respectable woman, not just after money. Because he will think shes older, more mature and settled. Than the smoking hot girls he couldnt get back when he was 18,25 and 35. But really they are probably just on their 2nd, 3rd or 4th rich husband. Lol. So he falls in head first. Not realizing shes just the older version of the girls he couldnt get 20 years earlier. Lol. Of course the older hot woman may be able to even screw some young rich guys and athletes. But the athlete would never marry the hot 50 year old. Because the rich athlete wants the hot 20-26 year old. Thus the hot 50 year old woman goes right to the 2nd or 3rd tier of rich guy. The rich decent looking 40 year old guy. Or even down to the rich, not that good looking 50 year old guy. But hopefully. She never has to fully go down to the not really that rich, but still fairly successful ugly guy. That thinks hes more successful than he really is. So he wants to prove that hes rich, by flaunting. Like the ugly guy that found his way to 2 million cash. Or found his way to earning $275,000-$500 grand per year. Oh God. I feel bad for that guy. Hell be trying to prove his wealth to her. All the way to $150 grand in credit card debt and another $130 grand in car loans for her. Haha. Or the end all be all. $20,000 a month in child support. Haha Now obviously this whole premise is all just for humor. It would never really happen like this....... lol haha

I'm an average looking guy on a good day. If some 12 started acting all interested in me, like I was a 10, I would immediately become suspicious. One of my favorite things to do when I go out is watching waitresses and bartenders work guys over to get better tips. I've seen my friends that are better looking than me fall for it. I tell them, "dude out of all the guys that she flirts with on a nightly basis you think you're the one that she actually wants." So, guys, just tip every waitress or bartender well. Ladies, if you got the goods to work a nice tip out of the dumb guys then you do you.

But most men actually think less of them than they are. I had so many men confused by showing interest in them because they didn't understand how attractive they actually are, so they thought "no way she actually likes me".

A woman does not have to be a 12 to have that power. Sometimes it's just a normal, everyday cute gal that is just intelligent, has a skill, career, or hobby that interest you. I like to think I could keep my shit together, but we all know at least one gal that could spell disaster if she ever she ever decided to play ball. My wife is well aware who she is and the super villain power she would have over me. Luckily she will never be interested in me. Also helps that she moved to another continent. Pure Kryptonite!

'Men cant' vs 'women do'. Men can, you're saying they just don't, but that's still their choice lol .I fucking hate it if a n y o n e does that shit infront of their partner. I'd never be so disrespectful

That is kind of true. Most of my friends get pretty upset when their husbands talk about another girl being attractive, yet they talk about other guys the same way. They also don't want their husbands looking at porn but ran to the theatre to watch 50 shades🤔 Not saying ALL women do this or have a problem with any of the above, just something I have personally noticed with some of my friends and I find it odd.

This is every girl in highschool, juniors and seniors are fake towards their boyfriend's, I told my friend not to date this girl, 2 months later he's crying and she's already with another vulnerable man. Women complain about inequality, but this shit isn't fair no more. Women use us to make it out of the dirt, use our money, and live pretty while we work our asses to pay for their dreams of a happy family.

hey Lejend, let me clear something up.. a lot of men do act this way, just as much as women do. it is simply embedded in our instincts to find whats attractive to the eye. to say otherwise is starring through reality. we are here to reproduce, create as much life as possible; and thats why sex feels good. because .. yeah, science! this is why 50% of marriages fail. we are creatures created from creatures to create more creatures. we're not built to find one person and love them for eternity because nothing lasts forever except the chain of creativity, so far.. so dont mess with it edit.. the title, "the power hot women have over ugly men" is a load of crud. funny thing about power is its only powerful when its given. me? im 22 years old.. definitely not a stud.. but the only power a gorgeous girl had over me was the love i chose to give her. dont let the podcast bend your peception of women... theyre all beautiful and awesome. just as we are. and everyone has the right to speak. its up to you to vet the love you seek. just handle well with what you may reap... sleep.. im going to bed lol.. best of luck
