Because it also gives hope to many sick people who no longer have the same opportunities as before and often give up. I am very encouraged and moved by what Glenn is doing and I keep my fingers crossed for him. I think that Glenn once gave great inspiration to many guitarists, and now he also gives it to all those people who are struggling with illness and their limitations and are wondering whether to give up. He shows that even when things are very difficult, it is possible and that despite illness, a person is still accepted, respected and is still part of the music world. Yes the solo especially. Constant speed tapping into sweeping into alternate picking and none of it flashy it's all beautiful and fits the song. I saw em live in Vienna couple of weeks ago. They played this. Everyone nodded at wach other knowingly and sang along like it was an oldie. Fantastic performance!!! And not fantastic for old guys. One of the best love band experiences money can buy. If you have a chance go see em! Richie is amazing and my new idol and Andy wasn't just filling in. He was Judas Priest. It was perfect. Richie emulated the styles so well and they played a video of Glenn during the Painkiller solo. It was magical and I felt the presence of Glenn in Richie's playing. And in his own style I felt the presence of Randy Rhoads. This solo particularily. The note choice shows that Richie grew up listening to Mr. Rhoads. Fantastic album and band!
