@emilyn75727 жыл бұрын
Yep always. Its about respect, and if they respected their landlord they would pay their bill. If they don't respect you to pay the bill are not going to be take care of your property and you. I use to think having a second property which you rent is a great long term investment but I don't think I could do with the possibility of the nightmare tenant and how long it takes to evict them.
@sherrik46207 жыл бұрын
In AZ you have 7 days to pay your rent, but they can levy late charges if not paid on the first. After 7 days they can send you a notice to pay or eviction will start, by the 15th they can take it to court and once they win if you don't pay they can put a notice on your door that you have 7 days to get out or your locked out. AZ don't mess with dead beat renters.

Right, cause he said that he couldn't right it anymore due to a heart attack and was nervous to ride because of that, but then also said he never rode it. So which is it? Also, I feel like if you're selling a motor vehicle, that's something that you should mention, that you can't fcking register it! That's like going to a car lot, buy a use car and then you can't register it. The dealer knows that's what people are buying it for, so, it's false advertisement.

I don't understand people who don't pay their rent. WTF do you think that a landlord is obligated to let you live there for free? We all have hard times and shit happens, but you know damn good and well you have to pay the rent. The landlord has bills to pay too, his mortgage, maybe the water bill, the insurance that he has to maintain on the property, the maintenance crew that comes to fix things. Housekeepers that have to clean the apt when you move out. So why do you think you don't have to pay, just because your momma died, or your husband left you?

Some people wear them because they don’t want to damage their natural hair with frequent manipulation, some people have alopecia, some just want to change up their look, etc. Either way, who are you to discredit/jump on on a compliment given by someone else to someone you likely don’t know? Some people are quick to try and make other people as miserable as they are. Go out and accomplish some things and maybe your insecurities will dissipate and you won’t feel the need to shoot down compliments given to others.
