That's not true. You have no idea what the hell you talkin about lol you probably owe me for cheap American cars and for talking American cars you might be right. But when you talk BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Jaguar 100000 miles is nothing. I once owned a Mercedes Benz with over 400,000 miles on it and it ran better than any car you probably ever known. I sold that vehicle for over $15,000 okay? So when it comes to foreign cars the mileage really doesn't matter it's about the condition Perry also it's about what type of miles it is. Are they highway miles? Are they City miles? Or are they country miles? That all makes a difference. I do agree with you however that she should take a man with her. I know in our environment in 2019 that might sound sexist but let's be real women buy cars emotionally. They're more concerned with the color and all the cosmetics and not the state of the engine LOL that's why it's always good to bring a man with you because a man will negotiate a better deal for you and possibly save you some money. He also may be able to get some concessions for you. I'm not saying a woman can't do this but let's face it I've never seen a woman negotiate a good car deal ever. If that makes me sexist so be it LOL. A woman who falls in love with a car even though it's a bad deal will not walk away because she'll get emotionally attached. What Judge Faith doesn't realize is that okay it was a hundred sixty thousand miles to start and the Carfax said it had 225000 miles right? but I don't know what state she's from but once it's over a hundred thousand miles it doesn't have the same protections. in other words in certain States once a cars over a hundred thousand miles it's automatically considered a lemon legally. Anyway get a man cuz I know you don't have one lol and bring it with you when you buy your next car okay LOL

Its sad to think that, for some family members out there, this is a part of the only memories remaining of a loved one (as the defendant is deceased)..... That, this is the only time they can watch and rewind and pause and replay the mannerisms ( both talk and gait) of their loved one . Sad indeed for all aired episodes in which either of the litigants has passed on in present day.

Someone related to me is a repeat drunk driver. Had the ignition puffer twice, tried to get me to start it for them, drove drunk with minors in the vehicle, including myself, etc.etc.etc. Not once to my memory did they ever take responsibility for their actions. Last summer they totaled their (uninsured) truck, speeding drunk down the road. They ripped out the undercarriage on the concrete blocks when they continued straight at the corner, ploughing through the fence of a family's yard, right into their homemade bike track. Fortunately, no one but the driver was injured, and they (literally) walked away from the scene with only a mild concussion. The police hardly asked around, and the story the driver gave to them stated that they were trying to sell the truck and two young men came to test drive it. Supposedly, the man who took the wheel lost control of the truck and caused the crash, and they apparently fled before any emergency services arrived. No one witnessed them leaving the scene, or present in the vehicle, despite multiple accounts of the crash. I personally can attest that the entire story was a complete and utter lie, there were no young men, and they were undeniably responsible for the accident. However, because they refused to confess and no one had anything other than their word and the driver's history to prove they were responsible. They faced no consequences, because there was no photo or video proof they were alone in the vehicle. Drunk drivers are disgusting, dangerous people. Make good choices, stay off the road.

If he lied about a DUI, then it's reasonable to believe that he lied about lowering the odometer. Good verdict. I think the plaintiff needs to be more responsible in the future and realize that if you're buying something big like a car off an ad on craigslist or facebook, it's more than likely shady. It should have made her a bit sketched when he didn't have a carfax report available to print. She also thought 158,000 miles was low mileage and it isn't. Next time she needs to go through a proper avenue of used cars where you can check out everything about it.

What's sad is this man did not learn from the accident to not drink and drive. Instead he decided to do it again and upon seeing he was going to get pulled over began to speed away. The sad part is the dash cam showed that the police officer stopped following after he ran several stop signs and lights etc. It's sad but we all know the consequences of driving under the influence.
