Hi Yall. I'm glad to say I am down 13 pounds since the end of May working out 5days a week. ☺ However, when that time comes my first two days are drags and I feel like I'm not really effective on those days if they fall on my routine workout days. Toya how do you push through on those days?

I’d also like to say a massive Thank you for all the amazing work outs I’ve really noticed a difference since I’ve stopped doing excessive cardio (which I love ) but I think to much cardio is definitely not necessary. Since I’ve been doing your video’s I’m toning up nicely. X

Do yall take naps throughout the day? Also do yall take supplements daily and if so which ones and do they help you build muscle? I see some people taking supplements to build muscle mass.

I workout in the late nights and have been able to be consistent for more than 15 years now. The idea of rewarding myself a good rest in bed after being tired from workouts have kept me motivated. If you want to sleep, you've gotta workout first to "earn" the bed rest. So I rarely skip workouts because I've gotta sleep daily :D

Not at all a question, but I just want to say that one of the things I appreciate about your workouts are the beats. It's easy to find my rhythm. During a particularly hard exercise I get so hype and am able to push through... :)

Great tips. My weight loss journey, I was entirely focused on cardio w/ little to no strength training. Now I will switch things up. Your explanation Toya makes so much sense about it increasing your metabolism, which tends to slow down with age.

I just want to express my gratitude. Thank you so much for the work you've done. The video format, the timer, the progress meter, having great tunes and nice beats instead of mics on during the work, showing what exercise comes next, the efficiency, including a warm up and cool down, etc.. Your workout videos are so well done and easy to follow. It's been years without a gym and honestly I don't think I'll ever go back. You can bet at least one or two, and as many as five or six video views are me every single day. I appreciate you both very much.

Loved this. Future question I wanted to know is: I Try so hard to fit 3 or 4 of your workouts in a week. It's usually only 3 but on top of walking my dog 7 days a week for at least an hour. I live near a forest so not always flat. Is it okay to do your full body dumbbell workouts consecutive days or mix it with HIIT.?

Say hi to your fam back home and hope all is well at “The White House!” Can’t wait for Toya to choose her new Nike’s when she returns home and we catch up at Bar Verde 😉 ~~~ Would you please address topics such as how once a person acquires a fat cell, that cell never goes away, one simply shrinks that cell, so is someone really “burning” fat or calories…how using artificial sweeteners tricks a person’s brain and therefore does not satisfy one’s sweet craving and why is that…are there any protein bars you prefer instead of protein shakes…how to accomplish nutrition as lifestyle changes for health rather than aiming towards a special event….And I LOVE this video!! It's hard having a favourite couple these days, because well things turn out to not be as they look. But you guys I'm confident about your love and that you have a healthy relationship because of the way you communicate with each other and gel. So, you're my favourite couple without a doubt. I have a short list of people God has used and continues to use to save me especially in my darkest period, you guys are definitely on that list.
