Yes- we both track and are right at our TDEE's. We workout 4-5x a week and eat accordingly.

I love your workout videos! I have weights at home so I don't have a gym membership. If I purchase the app would it benefit me to get a gym membership or can I follow you guys working out from home? Just not a fan of going to the gym.

Hi Melinda! You don’t “NEED” a gym membership! there are programs and workouts on the app you can do from home (with weights and body weight!) and there are workouts that require a little more equipment where a gym would be helpful- so completely up to you’

I watch tons of videos like this but this is a really low amount of food and calories for the amount of activity and exercise Toya does. That bowl of shrimp and veggies for dinner had maybe 300 calories. In another video she stated she eats around 1500 calories a day which would be fine if you’re sedentary, but that is shockingly low for heavy workouts and lifting. Just for reference, a toddler is supposed to eat around 1200 calories a day 🙃

I dont think I ever stated that I eat around 1500 calories. I actually stated in the last WIEIAD that i was around 1700-1800 (MY TDEE is 2053, and I was in a cutting phase). So please dont write misleading comments, especially ones that are false. My current daily intake is actually near 1900-2000 right now. You are more than welcome to track all the food I just stated into myfitnesspal, as I did, to check the numbers. ALSO, that small dinner was exactly why I said I needed an additional protein shake (with 30g or protein, 22g of carbs, and 8g of fat from the peanut butter). That shake alone was an additional 400 calories. You don't have to like the video, but don't write false comments that can be misleading to others- because they will be corrected
