Love your medicine ball workout routines. Ive been practicing dynamic med ball workouts with a HIIT timer for several years. I vary the intensity of my routine by 1) extending the workout portion - I typically exercise for 45 seconds each set. 2) reducing thre rest period - I do a work/rest ratio of 3/1, so 45 sec work followed by 15 sec rest. 3) add to the number of exercise sets - I usually do 15 to 20 sets (15 - 20 minutes). 4) increase the speed of movement, or number of reps within each set. 5) switch to heavier balls.

I am a fan. I just turned 57 a few days ago. I find that you all have variety and challenging workouts. I also like the fact that you have shorter 15 & 20 min workouts that fit great into my day. I also have watch your food and nutrition videos. I plan to make the salmon bites very soon. Keep up the good work. You’re a lovely couple

I love your workouts and so glad I found you when I started to get back into working out after years of only practicing yoga. It's so fun to put two different workouts together. Today I did a 20 minute cardio hiit then this 15 minute medicine ball. So good!

So far so good, it's very easy to hold on to with workouts I do with it, although I do wish though I would have ordered a heavier one, the ones at the gym I used to go to must have been overweight because this one felt pretty light compared to those that said they were also 8 pounds. Great product though, I love it and plan on keeping it for a while at least until I need a bigger one

I love the vibe of the videos, from the music and locations, the timed intervals and the visual cues of the next exercise. Great workout - managed to burn quite a few calories with this one. Although, my medicine ball is too light for me - 3kg - so for some of the exercises, like the DL - I used my two 7 kg DB instead. Keep the content coming - love it. Thanks J+T

I like your indoor videos better. Though some greeneries are refreshing and burpee slams must be satisfying on the grass, the humans in the full screen is kinda small. If I am laying down on the floor while my laptop is on the desk, I used to be able to see at least one of you but not in this video.
