In this video, we take you through a full body, high intensity workout using only a medicine ball! We included beginner and advanced variations, so this workout is suitable for all levels! This plus a 20 min HIIT on the treadmill is the perfect workout especially when you are short on time. Just 35 mins with amazing benefits!!!

Hi guys... my God!! Just did this routine (actually 4th day!) and while I'm unable to do all the exercises in all 3 phases yet... I can do the first phase and add others as I'm getting stronger. I'm 62 years old (former pro soccer player) but have had 3 knee surgeries in the last 10 years, got diabetes, suffered an accident which left me with lower leg neurological problems (which diabetes made worse!). I was on crutches for 6 months and had to learn to walk again 1 year ago. I worked my way into a left foot, drop-foot brace. I have since strengthened my legs and left foot so I don't need any devices to walk. I say all that because doctors wrote me off as another aging diabetic, wheel-chair bound castaway. But I'm defying all the odds. Between an NMES unit, my elliptical trainer, some dumbbells, bands, sit-up bench and your workouts (and a couple of other HIIT workouts) my doctors are astounded at my progress. I even see a renewed interest in their eyes for helping their other patients in my predicament. That's ALL the motivation I need!! Bless you two for being here when I needed you most!! - Andy

I have been doing this video every week for 4 days over the past month! Love that it is only 15mins so it makes it hard to make excuses to not do it! Great work out and have at least lost a inch in measurements everywhere over my body!

I do this 4 times a week ! am just coming up for 51 years old, was told before that i have a couple of dodgy knees, but I feel really strong after doing this for a few months, so much so, I feel better than I did 10 years ago, from a total body strength perspective. thank you.

i found this workout back in june 2022 (now it's january 2023), and it has totally changed my fitness level and physique. i do it two times through using a 15, 20, and 25 lb slam ball 2-3 times a week. i am a 5'3'' woman and 140 lbs of pure muscle thanks to this work out. coworkers and classmates ask me what i do to stay in shape, and i send them this video. @@yes-zp3he honestly everyone is different. The only way to find this out is getting up and doing it yourself. It depends on how much effort you put in and how often you are working out along with healthy food choices.

I’m considering getting a few things like these hit balls for my basement to start working out. Gyms are too busy lately, Covid is still a thing, and I don’t always have time to be at a gym. When I was a kid I worked for a National Archive for a year, basically throwing Federal box files to other guys in a row to fill a brand new building. The boxes weighed anywhere from 5lbs to 80lbs. After a year of this I was probably is the best shape of my life. Though as a kid I didn’t know it then. But I do now at 35 and full dad bod lol.

y'all are my absolute favorite. your format, the way you describe the next moves while during the rest, and then still moving through at a steady pace. awesome. you talk without talking too much, and having 2 people so that one can demonstrate a modified version if needed, is very efficient. I'm a long distance runner in my 40s and have been making an effort to do more weight training to strengthen my aging body. you guys are just the right speed for me! pushing without being overwhelming, but offering workouts that can easily be made more or less difficult, depending on need. thank you so much for your dedication!

This is the best medicine ball workout I've ever done! The video is easy to follow, the exercise can be kinda self-regulated to you, it's quick and effective. Love it.

Ok so I’ve been out of shape for about 3yrs now due to my injury and before the injury I was so dedicated to the gym I was in shape .It is 2021 and all that and plus the pandemic I have become a couch potatoe. I started on my medicine balll workout and came across your vid omg, I was dying but I made it they. Thank you for the workout vid. I will use religiously. I added this to my W3D6 SRC 2023. This is one of my favorites. I progressed pretty well minus the push-ups but it’s something to keep working towards. This is a great quick workout.

Didn't want to get out of bed and get into a workout today. The timing of this video popping up out of nowhere. Never used a medicine ball before, had been eyeing it for over a year. Just got my 7kg Slam Ball today and did the entirety of this workout and my legs feel like jelly! I used to do stairs to work my legs out years ago, but this workout did more for my legs then the stairs ever did. Thanks guys. Im going to do this for a few weeks and then do your 20 minute workout when i feel strong enough.

I started trying to lose weight in December after being depressed for the last two years and drinking almost daily. Obviously I put on a about 25 lbs and was told I had a fatty liver. This workout is a must almost every day and I’m slowly moving through the levels. The weight is coming off. Thank you.

Drenched. Did this during my WFH break. Heartrate 148. My doc told me at 50+ I need to sweat in order to see more results so I knew this medicine ball workout would do it without the jumping. loved it! thank you

I upgrade my slam ball from 15 to 20. 15 was getting to be too easy.. today OMG!! I got through it but I definitely got a better workout in. I’m really impressed with how much my upper body has strengthened. This is added to my workouts. I watched your videos and stole some workouts from you guys and my body is coming together really nicely. I’m pleased with my results actually. Thank you!!!!!! I’m grateful for your help in my fitness journey. I can’t wait until I get a partner and we are going to be gym freaks together 🤣 Blessing to you 💛

I loved this workout! Not boring. 1st time trying a slam ball. Great calorie burn. I wanted to go a little longer, so I did some extra slams.

Those push up pops to the ball hold are killer! Started this a month ago and I can now do 10 of those nonstop - this challenge is 🔥

Love your video thank you. You guys are awesome! I just got my slam ball today and I am so glad I found your video. I followed through all 5 levels however I couldn’t do push up that landed both hands on top of the ball yet, what I did was I alternated and touched my shoulder instead. More video on slam ball please.
