I 100 percent agree that grounding or spending time in nature helps to make you feel so Present and alive. I love your little oasis outside , a perfect little zen garden ! It’s so beautiful when we actually connect in the present, it really makes you want to change your whole life just to be more present. I love that feeling, and it makes me think where the hell have I been all this time and now I just want to chase that exhilarating feeling of just being present .

I resonated so much with your points about teying to find your purpose. I read a book in the mid to late 20's called 'How to get from where you are, to where you want to be' and was so frustrated at the point in the book talking about your purpose, because I couldn't figure mine out. Now, in my smack bang in the middle 30's, I now know my purpose. And it's to spread love and light and be an inspiration to whomever I'm meant to be an inspiration too. In the end, my purpose was not as complicated as I made it out to be haha. Much love Dulce, from a super long time viewer xo
