Juicy apple pancakes in just minutes! Simple and delicious breakfast/dessert recipe
Ingredients:
1 Apple
Lemon juice
25g/2tbsp white sugar
1 Egg
A pinch of salt
150g All purpose flour
1tsp Baking powder
180g/¾cup Sour cream
Olive oil or butter
Recipe:
Peel an apple
Grate the apple into thin strips
Add about ½tsp lemon juice
Mix well
1 Egg
25g white sugar
Mix well
180g sour cream
Mix well
100ml Milk
Mix well
150g All purpose flour
5g Baking powder
Sift
Add a pinch of salt
Mix well
Olive oil or butter
Scoop about 1tbsp batter
Cook for 3 minutes on medium heat
Flip over and cook for another 2 minutes
Done!
