*Pro tip* From personal experience I find jams to be dryer or stiffer when applied to dry hair. So I would use it on wet hair or use only on the ends. Maybe a pomade for the scalp and the hair would have more shake/movement. But nonetheless I love this style. My hair is actually twisted jus like that rn lol.

Is usually deep condition, then blow dry my hair. After that I do the parting and then I add Murrays Edgewax to the roots and then I use eco styler for the rest of the hair

Young man looking fresh, just some advice you can share with him, and it’s on him if wants to or not. The advice is: Tell him to tell his Barber he wants a regular taper and not the bald taper. Bald taper generally looks better with haircuts/waves. Since he’s rocking with twists and braids eventually, having a regular taper shows off the hairstyle as a whole, with a crisp edge up and sideburns looking crisp with the double hairline in the front. I’m just speaking through experience with having twists/braids. Good work Mom Dukes.
