Wow this is real talk without the red table-absolutely love the authenticity and transparency! Like Srimu I am of the baby boomer generation, and the 90+% of people were molester when young, and it is the less sexually active generation in 100 years I can attest is real. Can’t wait to experience the iFit yoga series, and salivating in advance fir the day this decadent vegan cheese will make its way to me in Mexico. I thank you both for this beautiful- highly nourishing share. 🙏🏻💖

Oh my how to summarize this journey - from daily meat-eating drinker, to WFPB sober (5 years) - but more than that, the internal shifts, the aha moments, the mindfulness, self-awareness, the sense of community here and my other sanghas. Rich, your name rolls (haha no pun intended) off my tongue almost daily because I have so much to share from what I have learned through your podcasts. I am blessed beyond measure!

"Suffering is an engine for growth"...such a profound concept! Growth cannot happen without change, and change doesn't happen until we become uncomfortable with the status quo. Took me a long time to understand that concept! Thank you for highlighting it!

Oh it worked… The love and even more than that the respect you have for each other and your space and your divine offerings to the world is remarkable. Your relationship is more like my relationship than many others I see out there and it inspires me that we are as human as the next couple, evolving and on the right track for us. I have learned a lot from listening to the interviews with both of you and it goes beyond saying that I have learned so much listening to your podcast Rich. It is the only podcast I listen to faithfully and get excited about!

My story: I was always ultra fit. Rugby at a very high level,; athletics ( sprinting and hurdling). All was going great. I went deep training for a triathlon. Then BANG, Stage 3 cancer diagnosis. Although this was close to ten years ago, everyday now is a struggle to remain positive. I started a business and I’m still wrestling with my demons to start getting fit again. Rich’s podcasts help enormously.

Julie spoke about a yoga practice that helped find or discover more after you've lost someone. I recently lost my mom. I've fell into misery, but have been re-awakened so to speak after learning more about NDE and things of that nature. I still cry and miss her everyday. But want to open those avenues more. Please share which yoga practice would help me discover or open myself to this. Thanks for all you do, I truly appreciate your work!!

I wish this was true , there are so many timesI have said hello or morning and no responses from the other person, move out of the way , being polite but people are not nice , they bump into you never apoligise . I saw an elderly lady trying to find her way , she was literally looking at people like a hungry lost puppy ( not in rude way) but no one even looked at her ,they were too busy on their phones , I helped her even though she never approched me .In my experience most people are rude and aggragant and i dislike them .

Bahá’u’lláh compared the world of humanity to the human body. Within this organism, millions of cells, diverse in form and function, play their part in maintaining a healthy system. The principle that governs the functioning of the body is cooperation. Its various parts do not compete for resources; rather, each cell, from its inception, is linked to a continuous process of giving and receiving. Acceptance of the oneness of humanity demands that prejudice-whether racial, religious, or gender related-must be totally eliminated.

Beautiful perspective...but I struggle with the "allowing all things" and embracing all perspectives when some of those perspectives are to kill and destroy. How do peace and love and compassion guard against bullets? Or vehicles driven over people? Or knives? Or throwing another human to concrete because they disagree with you, or putting your knee to someone's throat because you don't like the color of their skin? While it would be wonderful to be able to hit "pause" on such things and to try to understand what motivates a person to commit atrocities against others, there is no "pause" button. Wish there were a magic potion that could set the world on pause that could allow real compassion, reflection, and love. Wish your perspective was much more contageous. We'd have such a much better planet...and a much greater chance of humanity surviving itself.
