Jump Higher With 2 Bounding Vertical Jump Exerices
In this video I break down a challenging plyometric workout that you can do if you want to "increase your vertical jump". In order to "jump higher" you need to be doing "plyometrics" on a weekly basis.
There are too many basketball players and football players who are not adding the proper exercises to their weekly training regimens.
If you truly want to jump higher then you need to be adding plyometrics like the one's showed in this video.
Start with doing each jump 2x10.
