I've been trying to do double unders for weeks now, I only could do 1 or 2 in a row but my timing was completely off. For some reason I've forgotten the rhythm to do double unders. I stopped working out for a few years and can't seem to get it right again. It's weird because I can still do criss crosses, regular jumping, running jumping and ect...but I have yet to get the timing back for double unders. But what dude says about doing the one hard swing and letting momentum carry the second swing makes total sense. Can't wait to try it. Thanks.

I haven't watched the whole vid but I'll share one tip. I am 12 and was trying to do the double under but I couldn't. I watched him do it carefully and saw that when he jumps he make his feet horizontal. Mine were kinda vertical which made me get to the floor quicker. So I made my feet horizontal mid air and it worked. Just wrote it so if anyone has this prob, they can correct it. 😊

Dude... your advice regarding the rhythm was critical. Upped PB today from 3 with horrible form to 6 with good form (apart from jumping very high) and really felt it clicking. @JumpRopeDudes8 жыл бұрын
It is *one* of the best forms of cardio for weight loss yes but really nutrition (specificially how MUCH you are eating) will be the biggest determinant of how much weight you lose. I am very confident you can lose 50 lbs by dialing in your nutrition and doing these workouts consistently. Be sure to check out our newly released course where we discuss all of this!
