Totally agree! And then I catch myself thinking "if he does all this in a slightly more inviting environment, visually, he might be more appreciated". But then, he's only just so practical to the core, suggesting all the modified versions to suit every possible need. Nothing else really should matter. His method is very motivating.

I started doing some of your workouts on Saturday. I was 80.9kgs on day 1, this morning (Tuesday) I was 77.4Kgs. The goal is 53kgs… ambitious I know, but if I can get there by 4th Feb, I’ll be so happy as that’s my 30th bday and I’ve been trying to get back down to 53kgs for 6+ years. Feeling positive. I'm in the same situation... I turned 30 in November.... I'm 5"3 and in the heaviest of my life.... I'm 76.... I was 58 once.... I used to look good and could wear whatever i wanted... But now bcs of too much fat, i look aged.. sometimes children called me aunty.... I am unmarried that' why it's very awkward .... I want to get the shape back that i had.... I'll got married within 1 year... I don't want to look bad on my wedding day.... And of course the confidence which everyone wants....

Also note dont go into a big deficit which will make you lose 1kg of bodyweight a week since this cut is far too much and instead you should aim to eat in a deficit which allows 0.25 - 0.5 kg of body weight to be lost weekly which is healthier and safer especially at your age and mine and im 17. Gradual progression is always better than sudden.

I've been doing this since last Thursday. I skipped yesterday cause I was feeling too tired. Thought of skipping today as well. But I realized that if I skip today too I would probably never pick it up. So I pushed through my laziness and did it. For all of you who think of quitting - use whatever little will you have and continue! It'l would all be worth it at the end.

You encouraged me to start in March. Since then slowly but steadily I've lost 65+ pounds. I'm now 60kg and 160cm tall. And I actually like what I see in the mirror! I need to lose 10 to 20 pounds more cause I want to get everything (well most of it) in shape in time for prom next year. So I'll start this first thing Monday (I know, I know, excuses) because I'm super busy with essays that are due Monday.

Thank God for another day to be alive and able to exercise. Up- to- date, loss twenty two pounds and don't rely on Asthma drug as before. Thank God and Adrian! The exercises open up my lunga and allow me to breathe much better. Anyone reading this and thinking about doing it. If I can do it with my asthmatics self, you can do it. I love you all❤❤❤

I just started this one and just love this low pack jumping jack Version with no pressure on the lower back, I do this twice a day everyday one in the morning without weights and the second in the evening with 2 pound weights hope to see some results soon it's hard but so damn good. Alhamdullillah for this man. I am slightly knock kneed and elbowed. These workouts are tiring, it's summer here in South Africa, no aircon, but idc. I'm doing his workouts and I see results. Jumping jacks slowly getting easier, started at the beginning of this week with the beginner. Just killed this one did 30 on every 30 second portion, 20 on the 20 second and burnt out 50 on that final 40 second push. Really loving this, starting to notice alot of changes in my body! Appreciate you Adrian you keep me going brother! O yeah I also started doing the intermittent fasting this week, mornings have been rough but pushing through!

I regularly do your original 20 min jumping jack workout -- sometimes I do pushups, air squats in those 10,20,30 second active sessions! Your 1hr workout (jumping jacks, squat & pop, ski steps and chair burpees) is a bomb! Those who want a challenge can try that!

I had no motivation to move this afternoon. I did one jumping jack. Stopped the video did a check in with myself...yeah I can do this today .. and restarted the video and completed the the entire workout. It started with one single jump. @@AdrianBryant nah it wasnt. after watching your videos several months ago, i've been doing jumping jacks for 12-16 minutes per work out. i usually do 1 minute straight with 15-30 second break all the way up to 12-16 minutes. Its hard as hell but definitely rewarding. It's a mental and physical battle though at first but after several months of sticking to it, my endurance has gotten much much better. it's a complete exercise.
