I am a 26 years old woman with major hyperthyroidism. Since November, I controlled my diet (1000 calories a day) and did this exercise 3 times a day. I totally lost around 13 kg, from 70.1 kg to 56.8. Thank you, I will keep going.

I do the complete workout 3 to 4 times per week once a day. And every time I give my all. I can now see an hourglass shape. It s been 15 weeks now and It’s now a life style. I rather to that 20 min than the 30 one because it’s too long lol. But I can definitely see changes. I m not on any kind of diet.

If you do a diet for at least a week and do this exercise then you will prob lose 4-7 kg. Drink a lot of water and just leave those fuzzy drinks and also stay safe out there

@@FloralTarotReader not really, what you need to do to burn fat is to have high breathing frequency (as you get from doing workout) during enough long time periods (and not over eat ). The biggest problem is actually forcing action that makes you breathe intensely for long time periods and not do over eating.

Inès Afonso I’ve lost 40+ pounds in two months doing another one of adrians jumping jack workouts. Everyone’s different so you may loose more or less in that time. Your diet also can determine how much you loose.

hey guys so when i did this it was once a day 5 days a week for one week and i lost 18 lbs!! in a week!! it was surprising very and i very much like these videos hes so motivational! and with my eating the only thing i did change was i was drinking smoothies like fruit smoothies detox smoothies! i started doing juice fasts and have lost 20 lbs in a week and 3 days and again im back not because ive gain weight but because my journey is not over this is my second week in a row starting today thank you so much adrian!!

I started crying at 9:18, I took a ten minute break because I had a mental breakdown. I was gonna quit the whole weight loss thing. Then I got back up and I tried again. I hope it’s worth it. I really need some motivation. I’m 13, 5’7, and 200 pounds. This is very difficult.

I started doing this exorcise a few months ago and I also was on a calorie deficit. I'm 5'9 and weighed 300 Lbs at the time. After about 2 and a half months of doing this workout, I lost 50 pounds! I would have lost allot more weight, but Covid finally got me and left me winded and tired, so I haven't been doing the workout for a good minute. I now weigh 236 lbs and I am starting this exorcise again today!!!! If you do a deficit or just eat better obviously and do this work out a few times a week, the weight will fall right off of you!!!! 💪

I do this workout six days a week and I've lost 2kg and hit my goal weight! OMG thanks Adrian, I haven't been below 55kg for years! I'm still not completely skinny though so I'm going to continue doing this workout until I feel comfortable with how I look and how I feel, then I will maintain that weight through this workout and exercise and diet. Day3: Somehow completed whole 20 minutes. Yesterday I could barely walk. People asked me why I suddenly started to walk slowly. Sometimes I was even limping. But I imagined how good I would look if I keep going. So I did the 20 min today again. It was as hard as it was yesterday to complete. But I did it! It feels good after that workout that I have done something good to myself today.

I work out with your DVD 20 minute jumping jack video at least 3-4 times a week/also doing weights. I do it a little different, I switch up every two minutes jumping jacks and ski jumps on my rebounder. I won't mute the volume because every time I do it, I love the challenge you issue to try to beat your last time.

I really love this workout video...I use regularly doing jumping jack 10s exercises 10s break in 15rounds for first block, resting 1 minutes, second block 15s exercises 10s break in 12 rounds, resting 1 minutes, third block 20s exercises 10s break in 10 rounds, resting then repeating the second block and return to first block. Each block is 5 minutes so that total 25 minutes workout plus 4 minutes resting. And this video expand my knowledge about jumping jack workout. 👍👍

This is a great workout I’m thinking about going the full 22 min it’s about as long as my running I’m doing as well. my goal is to lose 11lbs before the end of the month. No excuses!!

I need to lose around 70 pounds so have started your walking workout since last week along with intermittent fasting and have lost 9 pounds by now but that could be water weight. Hi guys, I lost 50 pounds in 2 months and 3 weeks doing Adrian's walk, jog, walk, run on a treadmill for 34 minutes to 40 mins twice a day and drinking 2 litres of water I walked around a lap at fast rate for 2 mins I jogged around a lap for 1 min I walked around a lap at fast rate for 2 mins I ran extremely fast around a lap for 45 seconds and repeated this until 34 mins x2 twice a day I started to do the more advanced "how to lose 137 pounds in 6 months jumping jack" video this week since I wanted to add different workouts. I will be doing this Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday this week in mornings and afternoon with the walk, jog, walk, run workout and will give updates. ( I only do 3 times a week because I do Martial arts twice a week and gym workout programmes twice a week) I was 286 pounds on the 19th March 2018 I am now 236 pounds on the 10th June 2018 I will give updates every week on how much I am losing :) with this work out.

I started with adrians workouts last year and lost a lot but I stopped for a minute. This year I’ve been working out for 3 months straight using someone else’s videos but the weight doesn’t fall off as easily so I’m back here. However it did make my stomach flatter and more toned so that’s a plus 😂. Hopefully Adrian can help me lose atleast 10-20 more pounds to reach my goal of being 135-145 pounds.

starting this today…updating in 2 weeks. ima do this entire vid every day except for sunday (might do sunday depending on how i feel) but let’s see. i’ll actually do this Day 1 : done.. i’m starting at 140.8 pounds btw.. 5’8? disregard the fact i didn’t do this for 2 weeks. plus cold showers to get rid of the soreness , shooting too do this every day for 30 days. March 26-April 26.
