Educated June Direct from my word: High likely - Something Zelda (60% chance for HD ports, 30% chance for 2D Zelda, and 10% chance for a spin off) - Mario Party game (probably a top 100 best mini games that’s better than the 3ds version) - HD2D games May likely - Luigi’s Mansion 1 GameCube port (shadow drop announcement) - Mario Baseball (Bandai is working on an action game) Less likely - FE4 remake (TTYDR just released and it’s part of IS and rather have to wait for several months from now) - Xenoblade X Remastered (better off to save it for switch 2 and Nintendo is done with Wii U ports after 3D World port) - Metroid Prime 4 (switch 2 release) - Metroid Primes 2/3 HD (not the right time for that until closer to MP4) - Kid Icarus Uprising port (Yes, Sakurai did teased it before but not to forget he said “get the 3ds while you can” and it’s up to Nintendo to decide) - F-Zero GX Remastered (not the right time for that yet) - Pokemon Black & White Remake (they should’ve announced that for the Presents) - Donkey Kong game (switch 2 release)

My predictions for these Directs have slowly been straying away from the norm throughout the years but keeping in mind the pending release of the new Nintendo system, my list has become a one of a head tilter: First Party: - Metroid Prime 2&3 shadow drops with a tease for Prime 4 at the end. - Dillon's Rolling Western Collection set for Fall. - A new Mario Party game set for August. - A Nintendo IP developed by an indie studio. - Kid Icarus Uprising Remaster with a Dark Pit epilogue set for September. Third Party: - Fantasian port shadow drop with a physical copy coming in December. - Dragon Quest 1-3 HD2D reveal. - Tales of the Abyss Remastered set for Winter. - Castlevania: Mirrors Collection, a collection of the DS games + The Adventure Rebirth with a release window for Q1 2025. - 2 licensed game announcements, one based on a Netflix show and one based off of a popular anime. - A League of Legends Metroidvania spin-off made by Inti-Creates. - A remake of Final Fantasy IX or Tactics collection with a 2025 window. - Strider (2014 remake) set for October. - A racing game based off of Bluey.

I feel like we get Metroid 2&3 bundle to round out the Switch and have Prime 4 on Switch 2. Also probably something Kirby and something Zelda. Im just not bold enough to predict what Zelda it is.

20:02 Star Fox Assault is also just as likely. Star Fox Assault is also a 3D Action game and unlike Kid Icarus, Bandai Namco were the ones that developed it back on the GC. Also Star Fox had been get NEW Trademarks out of nowhere. Either a new game for switch 2 or a remake of Star Fox Assault

a new warriors game definitely isn’t coming. yeah it’s been 2 years since the last one (Fire Emblem Three Hopes), but Origins seems to be a genuine huge leap for the franchise, and genuinely looks like a PS5 game. the graphical and genuine technical leap from games like fire emblem, persona etc to this is immense and takes time. also they have been working on constant one piece pirate warriors 4 dlc for over a year now. that also takes time.

Reasonable list maybe a new Mario & Sonic @ the Olympics Games 2024 as well i see a lot of prediction vids but people are forgetting about that one as a potential release... we typically would get one every 3 yrs like Mario Party but it's now been 5 yrs since the last one...

Super Metroid Remake (because that would be the next in line) Metroid Fusion Remake (because of the ending in Samus Returns) Metroid Prime 2 and 3 Remake (self explained why) Metroid Prime 4 (NOTHING since restart in Jan. 2019) I hope that AT LEAST one of them is in the direct... i dont care about anything else actually ... but im also not HYPED because i would be more disappointed if there will be NOTHING ... Zelda is as good as dead for me (i stay with my lovely titles BEFORE BotW) Pokemon even more (unless they make a GEN 2, GEN 3 or GEN 5 remake) And i lost hope for another Mario 3D title ... i dont give a F about this elephant 2D crap ...

Nintendo has been resurrecting a lot of smaller old franchises recently. Games, like Rhythm Heaven, have a decent chance of getting something new. All Gamecube remakes are done. Anything left will be saved for when the system comes to NSO.

I don’t hate the idea of Xenoblade warriors, but I’ve always been quite unsure about its necessity and plausibility. I think for Zelda and FE, musō gives what the original series likely will never have (playing as different characters and action gameplay, respectively). For Xenoblade, it’s already action based and you already play as different characters. On the other hand, a lot of Xenoblade’s core mechanics (exploration, team building, combo, chain attacks, etc) will likely be compromised. Also, if Takahashi is not in charge of the script, I’ll also be worried about the story and the game’s relation to the mainline series, which is a huge deal for Xenoblade (unlike Zelda and FE). Future Redeemed is the best fan service I’ve seen for any RPG series, and I doubt a warriors game can do better than that. In a word, I don’t know if it makes the most sense to have a Xenoblade warriors. But I will eat it up if it were true. I also need more Xenoblade in my life lol.

My predictions: - A crossover game featuring lots of original Jetix characters (probably Kingdom Hearts IV or something else) - New version of Tomodachi Life, with a wild Mii maker (like in Miitopia) - New Mario Party with the addition of Geno, Vivian and Pauline - New Rhythm Heaven installment - Duelverse, the first fighting game full of various duelists (from the Yu-Gi-Oh! universe) - Enhanced ports of Fortune Street and Mario Sports Mix, now with the addition of Geno, Mallow and a few others (who didn't make it in the original) - An action-oriented platformer centered on Geno (same treatment as Snufkin, but with combat) - Mario and Sonic in Paris

Metroid Prime 4 won't be there. Same as every other Direct. They won't even mention it. At this point, I've given up hoping that it'll ever be released.
