What June said near the beginning of the video about not really knowing if he knew enough about jazz when he first started really inspired me. I've been listening to and researching jazz for several years now, but I haven't quite dived in yet because I'm afraid I won't be good or I won't know what to do. But this, this really gives me the courage to try because I know I'm not alone and my fears and doubts shouldn't let me get in the way of myself.

The level of talent sitting behind those keys is unbelievable. Both of you are *beyond* talented, and both of you have a gift. Some people are more blessed than others, aside from practicing and learning; some just have it and you guys do. Aimee You know I’m a huge fan, and I’m a huge fan of June Lee as well now. Thank you for sharing him with us, thank you for all you do and all that you share. You’re an inspiration. That Jacob Collier tune pierced my soul and made me cry. It was so (for lack of a word that doesn’t exist) beautiful. Just wow. Wish my dad was alive to share this stuff with. The talent here is just sick!!!!!!!!!!! Loved this!

You two should absolutely do an album together. Not too fussily arranged. Loved the fresh impro jazz vibe on blackbird. Two too cool for school guys. That was sublime. I’m smiling and warm inside. I can imagine you both, grand piano and mike each, with a hot but sensitive rhythm section all creating spontaneous joy. Heaven, I’m in heaven etc could be one number (Cheek to Cheek of course). Only great melodies need apply! Thanks Aimee & June

I found this strangely moving. I identified with the feeling that you are merely okay, because you are aware of how much talent is there is and all the things you can't do. I would so very much encourage Mr. Lee to record more of his own performances as I think many would appreciate them.

16:00 Perfect Pitch June’s intense exposure to piano at ages 4-6 likely helped. 17:17 is a key point. I’ve had this experience too. 19:06 that’s it. I got there for a while but practical life got in the way. 19:42 I disagree June. I hear your voice already. But you can’t even notice it because you are surrounded by you all the time.

You both touched me by being so true and authentic, humble and playful while expressing yourself ... in so touching and beautiful way ... The chords June played at the very beginning of the first tune with these enchanted silence moments were so deliciously beautiful ... Jacob Collier was so right saying that you can offer something to the world right NOW. No need to wait ... As I listened to June, saying that he is looking for his voice and needs to work on his technique, I thought about Saties' Gymnopedie No. 1, which is an example of amazingly beautiful piece of piano music which is technically not complicated at all ... yet touched hearts of so many ... June, please share your music with the world, regardless of how simple you perceive it to be. Sometimes less is more. You are amazing !
