FYI Florida is one of 3 states that allows a judge in a death penalty case to override the jury. From life to a death sentence. She may do it. Only one person has to hold out for life, and the convicted gets life. If 11 vote for death & 1 for life they get life. Flordians, write the judge. You have nothing to lose if you disagree with him getting life.

I couldn’t care less how this man feels, or the ‘devils workshop’ from his ‘inherited schizophrenia’. Bollocks. That doesn’t in any way justify even a thought of doing what he did, let alone the action itself, and nothing could justify it. This man, as per the evidence, is a monster, any attempt to divert responsibility for his actions is disgusting. I couldn’t have defended him even if payed to do so, I don’t understand how anyone could. Rest In Peace to the woman and child who he murdered, and thoughts for the poor boy who now has to grow up without a mother and sister (or father) and with the memories of the events.

@@CVHFitness You put someone in an Asylum after you made awareness of his mental inability. You won't know if that person was unstable until the act. In this case the act being killing his wife and daughter and a murder attempt on his son. Some ppl are mentally unstable and it easily shows for some, they don't act right have a stunned looking face all the time or can't wear clothes or their shoes properly. Others not so sick but still unstable cus they carry heinous crimes like these and feel nothing. We used to those showing mental illness symptoms like the 1st example I just gave so we don't really pay attention to the other ones.

Instead of calling him a monster, let’s shine some light on mental health this man could be suffering from. His 911 call shows the man was convinced the woman was possessed by a white demon and how he kept saying Allahu Akbar and still used the name of God throughout the trial until the very last day of sentencing. Mental health is real, he needs help. By the way he’s praising God the whole time, I pray he strengthens his faith with the most high to get the help he needs.
