First of all thank you for the simple exercises. Some of the visual instructions are difficult to follow when there is no voice over. In the first exercise I am not able to make out if the knees have to be bent or straight when the palms are down.

Your story goes the same as mine. Each time I enter a bus or tuk tuk they complain I occupy the space. I don't want to turn around I don't like the kinds of comments I got each time I pass by, I don't like the way people compare the fat ones with me. I am not comfortable wearing clothes I don't wear jeans bcos I can't. I pray I lose this weight I am currently 96 kg I looked very big down. Please wish me luck🤦🤦🤦
