Please help ☹️I just had a left ankle fusion done and now finally in a boot. It’s going to be 2-4 more weeks of wearing that, and having a physical therapy evaluation on 6/2/22. What exercises do u recommend me doing to lose thigh, stomach, flabby arms and double chin exercises. I had lost 35 lbs before the surgery, but due to being laid up I gained it all back and then some. Please help me 🙂

Good too see so many good videos..I'm practicing all that.But I have one doubt - I'm doing walking (10,000 steps everyday) and excercise everyday.If I stop doing this then will it lead to increase in weight ??

If you stop exercising you stop burning calories as much as you do now so when you stop exercising you must reduce your calorie intake , at least that's my opinion
