I wish you would turn side ways so I could see the proper position, just once before every exercise. Then I could see if the knee is bent, etc.

Hello, I never thought that these simple exercises would be effective,ok I said let me try because they simple enough, for years am trying to loose belly fat, am 66 with arthritis so I couldn't do crunches and jump up and down, because my body hurts so much after, I try walking but of course the knees hurt, but anyway I started 1st day 1pound off 4day 4 pounds off, every day I can see my belly getting flatter and flatter, thank you so much I tried for years and nothing happened thank you so much for sharing
