I know Sal isn’t the biggest fan of Power Rangers, but Shattered Grid is absolutely worth a review on Back Issues. Even for those with the most basic knowledge about Power Rangers, Lord Drakkon is an interesting character to get into very easily.

Fun Fact: it was Stan Lee idea to bring Super Sentai to america in 1981. As Marvel had a deal with Toei studios at the time. (Spider-Man, And seasons 3-5 of Sentai called Battle Fever J, Denziman and Sun Vulcan) Stan's plan was to make an American show out of the footage for Sun Vulcan. But no network picked it up. By chance a producer of Marvel then became the head of Fox Kids and picked up the show 10 years later when Saban Entertainment had the same idea for Super Sentai.

Personally I know most of the character names, the general formula of the show, and some-to-most of the major plot points in the first 3 seasons. I have no recollection of any single episode, and probably only watched about 10 episodes total
