Never mind Mel bloody C, Some of us are still upset about your Florence and The Machine comments. Your reviewing was damning with faint praise. Honestly I don’t get how you don’t get her as a song writer or vocalist: If someone were to maybe criticise Florence’s live performances, I’d get that’cos some of them are shite! I have no problem with Mel C, she’s got a pretty serious set of pipes on her but being brutally honest , she’s not in the same league as FATM.

He might as well have asked “why do people find rockstars interesting?” And maybe he just doesn’t have a clue how KZbin and things like podcasts work…you seek channels and/or shows out because of the opinions of the people that host said shows. Some you like, some you don’t…it’s a matter of personal taste. That’s the whole point. Don’t like it? Either find one you do or find something else to do. It blows me away he’s had so many years to figure this out now and still doesn’t grasp the concept.

I've been enjoying these podcasts. I found yours through the Rick Beato interview. Love his too. Regarding the 'listening to your own voice' comment, occasionally I have opened another window to watch the song being commented/reacted to, if I'm unfamiliar with it. However, your reactions are totally entertaining and very spot-on. And also, breaking out the guitar to deconstruct/analyze is really cool. You have a great ear. I'm also impressed by the Jeff Back pickless playing. Is that a new thing for your electric playing as well?

Keep talking. I don't have a shit-ton of musical ability and as a novice lyricist, I really enjoy watching the breakdown's piece by piece because I'm fascinated by the way songs are put together.

Have a great year! Looking forward to seeing this channel grow and build out. Maybe some backstage mini-interviews? Or meet the parents sorta stuff. I'd like to see a rig-rundown of your band's gear. Always interesting to hear the music industry nitty-gritty.

I don’t think this has ever happened to me but upon discovering the first video of yours that was recommended to me I almost immediately subscribed. We obviously love hearing you talk! One of the most charismatic personalities I think I’ve ever come across, this channel is my new safe space. Sending love from seattle.

8:40 I don't get what's wrong with the hair? I'm a little jealous of how consistently awesome Justin's hair looks. I think it's even something I've commented on before a few times.

The only guy to have more hair at 47 than he did at 25…. 👀. Regardless, The Darkness is still a great band!

I really enjoy this channel, glad i found it. As a 43 year-old barely holding on to his hair, i respect anyone willing to age gracefully. Btw, my perception of time is a little messed up, but did russel brand basically steal this guy's personality?

I think Russell must have used Justin as a role model for his Rockstar swagger. It's funny they have the same manager too. I bet she has a blast keeping up with those two ! I love both Russell & Justin. I wonder if they've ever done a pod cast together, or if they are like Clark Kent and Superman and can't be in the same place together at the same time? Lol.
