I had to study, understand, memorize and get all I could about the children's act for the sake of my child. Though I haven't bothered going to a children's court because thank God I can take care of the child, it's good to be armed with knowledge. Thanks for this episode

Is it possible to get full legal custody and parental responsibility if the deadbeat father has refused to contribute even a single coin (is lazy and has refused to look for a job but has money to buy himself clothes, shoes etc)? As in is it possible to legally not involve him in any decisions involving the child?

This a very good discussion I have really learnt alot...My daughter's dad refused to support us kabisa was even summoned by children's court but never showed up .He always says that he ain't employed yet he works with Bonfire.. Am thankful to God that Haba na Haba hujaza kibaba 11 years we are still going.. Thank You for this 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Its important to use this route if you cant raise your child for sure. But if you can, i'd sayleave the person to God and avoid the drama. let him judge. karma is real.

Thank you for this very enlightening video. I have a few questions:- 1. Due to the dad's uninvolvement in her life, his name is not on the birth certificate, can I still sue for upkeep? A DNA test can be done. 2. I have not asked the dad for money since my daughter was 8 months and now she's a teenager, can I still ask for upkeep? 3. May I please have Njoroge's contact.
