I am so happy to have come across this video which provides an intelligent non goal oriented way of engaging the mind to begin to work an opening into the shoulders. As someone with multiple acute and replete shoulder insults, these instructions made addressing the shoulders fun and doable

This elbows together/ and up /and wrists apart exercise is amazing! I have recently overstretched one of my shoulder joints and felt some discomfort for few weeks. After doing this exercise , I felt immediate relief and after a couple of repeats the discomfort is gone completely. It took two days!!! Thank you, Jason! I find your explanations very clear and very valuable.

Thank you, Jason. Very helpful, as usual. What if some students can’t do Garudasana? What option would you give them?

#NAMASCRAY.... Thank you, master. Yes, I do have a question after practicing your teachings....' If isnt necessary to CLASP, why do we have to do it?!? P.s. for me the rangers didn't make any difference.
