Looks so tasty. Wish I could find Goan choris. I use different styles of choris, and they're a harder type sausage, so I have to chop it up. The Mexican chorus here is all grease, seasonings and animal biproducts. But the Mexican longanisa looks like Goan choris, even Mexicans substitute their type of longanisa in place of Mexican choris. I'm going to try this with Salvadoran choris.

Hi Paul, well, I always got it from South goa, specifically from Margoa market but the closest to you will be agassiam there is a guy called baboi if you be at agassiam market any one will guide you he has been well recommended by most of the ppl .hope this helps tkcr god bless
