What he said inspires me. I myself have anger issues and just listening to him talk about keeping all the negative energy bottled up and just releasing it as motivation for something positive is the mindset I want to have.

i consistently find myself coming back and watching the whole series again and again. i feel like kai makes great points that could definitely apply to life outside of bodybuilding. like the comment on reaching potential, 'if its more important to someone else than it is to you, a large portion of your potential will remain untapped'. great videos!

Same. It has helped me more with getting myself back into life, work and to the gym. I had both physical problems and depression but I am back at work and back at the gym. Some of what Kai hasnsaid here has been a bit of a mantra. I now work with people who have dementia and it's tough work.

Fucking love the look on Arnold's face at 2:18. That's must be the highest praise you can achieve as a bodybuilder from Kai's generation. Standing on the scene winning the trophy and get the look of approval from the guy who put bodybuilding on the world map. What an epic moment to behold

Mr. Kai mentions stringing together days of efficient action in the first video, and now in this one. This whole series with Kai is all about developing character and discipline at a fundamental level. Because you can't be great at something when only working a few days out of the week on it. No. You have to eat, sleep, and breathe your passion. Every single day we're blessed to wake up, we have a clear vision in mind, and adhere to that vision no matter what. Through hard work, tenacity, blood, sweat, vomit, and tears we eventually become great at what we desire to be great at. At least that's what I take from this.

Kai is not a person doing emotional speedy workouts. He always strengthen and focus his mind hard . He uses long and productive planned time which calm his mindset and prepare his physique. Even though he didn't win Olympia title he always concentrate in workouts not in titles. That's what kai is my hero.

Idk if i wouldve done it without hearing Kai (a guy who comes from the places i grew up in) talk so positively and give so much advice. No chance anymore with his age and his BUBBLE GUT. I'm not being a jerk but we need to admit that gut is ugly and it can't be undone. Its the consequences of over use of anabolic drugs. To the people who are saying he doesn't win Mr Olympia because of his height, Phil is the same height as him. Idiots.

Damn this is inspirational, after watch this Kai might be one of my favorite human beings in the world, talk about a humble champion who deserves every bit of his success. Also a good way to make me feel like a lazy peice of crap.

Lol. Yeah, this dude is a modern-day Ninja. There is no way you are going to convince him to do something he doesn't want to do, waste time, stuff like that. This dude is handling business. I love part 1 when he is preaching about hard work and all that. Amazing!
