i consistently find myself coming back and watching the whole series again and again. i feel like kai makes great points that could definitely apply to life outside of bodybuilding. like the comment on reaching potential, 'if its more important to someone else than it is to you, a large portion of your potential will remain untapped'. great videos!

Mr. Kai mentions stringing together days of efficient action in the first video, and now in this one. This whole series with Kai is all about developing character and discipline at a fundamental level. Because you can't be great at something when only working a few days out of the week on it. No. You have to eat, sleep, and breathe your passion. Every single day we're blessed to wake up, we have a clear vision in mind, and adhere to that vision no matter what. Through hard work, tenacity, blood, sweat, vomit, and tears we eventually become great at what we desire to be great at. At least that's what I take from this.
