Cory Curtis It's because he's a bodybuilder and he's Black so it's out of the ordinary for him.

Heroic Love , you have to know that's a racist comment. I'm black with a biology degree and nuclear engineering degree. Not to mention I'm a bodybuilder and very well spoken. Most black people and bodybuilders I've met are similar.Hmmmm...
@AnchorPaint7 жыл бұрын
Heroic Love youre a fucking idiot, leave race out of bodybuilding, kai greene came from nothing and its no suprise his philosiphy is amazing, who gives a fuck if hes black or white. Hes said it before, it doesnt matter if youre black white asian what the fuck ever, we are all the same in the gym

@taoist328 жыл бұрын
Not really. The bar is far too high. Looks like it's sitting on his neck. Of corse, that could be his crazy and huge traps. His forearms are not back enough to give better support of the weight and his hips don't hinge well enough to keep his back arch stabilized.

I know a lot about working out. Diet and exercise is what you need and you have to be consistent the rest of your life for the lifestyle. You could have a cheat meal once a week cuz it's fine because you're doing so much that your body continues to work even when you have one day achievement. Everybody types different. Somebody at 190 might look bigger at someone at 2:40. What I'm saying is muscle is getting muscle and losing fat is what you need to do don't matter what weight you are you look bigger and you will be bigger

All these pro athletes use a quick tempo when lifting the weights, the extension, the calf raise or on any body part. Is this better than using a slow tempo, such as 2 seconds down, 2 seconds up? Is there any difference in the speed of the excersize? Thanks in advance - noob lifter
