Process food not only 🥩 meat Process foods are mostly cerals and pulse milk etc Process in food are veg compair to non veg 🥦🥕🌽 In India we preferred fresh non veg food except fish that use after deep defrige

I have a question. Heart aur chest ke doctor same hote hai ya different. Kya heart ke doctor ko chest problem dikha sakate hai. Otherwise chest ka doctor kahi heart ke doctor ke pas refer na kar de. Sir heart doctor chest ke bhi specialist hote hai ya nahi. Acc to your overall experience?

Hello sir... I am 25 yrs old.. My centre of chest hurts when I swallowing food or walking, have pain in my arms also... I have noticed after eating a meal my pulse rate goes up like 100- 115 for an hour... Usually it remains 85-95... I have done tmt and it's normal... Is there any other test which I should do sir?

No need from cardiac point of view. You are too young to have a great disease. If echo has not been done, please get it done. You may see a physician/ gastroenterologist
