Hello sir .today I tried kaju katli....came out very well....taste also good . after cutting into diamond it started oozing sugar which is so sticky . Don't know what to do. Shape is good but very soft and sticky bcoz of sugar it seems . Plz give suggestion sir . Ippo Enna panarathu ....how to make this pieces hard without sticky ....plzzz reply sir

This is kaju barfi . NOT KATRI. Only sugar syrup and drycashew nut powder is used to make KATRI. Milk is never added to KATRI. That's why KATRI can be kept outside the fridge for a month.
