We have to breath out through lips or nose during kaki mudera pranaham please

Dear Ashok, you have to breath out through the lips, like you make a tube with your lips to make the air go in/ out slower and with some pressure for the lungs. Peace and blessings, Michaël

I just want to know ,when I am inhaling I could see my stomach come out ,,, I follow belly breathing ,,is it good way ?? Or do I need to add chest breathing too ?? Looking at your methods it's confusing can you help??

Does pranayama burn off karma?

It can. What really burns off Karma is shining the light of your awareness onto your karmic baggage which can come in the form of restlessness, anger, sadness, pain, and all negative states that come up when you just sit still and watch what come up/ out of mind and heart when you do nothing. So basically, sitting for meditation and come face to face with all that your carry within you. That will burn the karma because it will go 'out' of your system through the door of awareness. Hey Rahul, yes, most likely. These exercises can help a lot with concentration and have many more benefits. See for yourself how you feel before and after doing the exercise, and also over a period of time, to take your own conclusions. Peace, love and blessings 🙏
