Such a great salad! I have a suggestion. Have you seen the America's Test Kitchen video about kale? For those who are not fans of kale because it can be bitter, they said to slice the kale FIRST, then wash it. When you slice the kale that is when it gives off the STRONG flavor, by rinsing it then it really helps eliminate that! Thanks for a great recipe!

A great way to make sure the salt is completely incorporated in the dressing is to put the salt and pepper on top of the acid and mix before adding the oils. Just a tip I thought you might like.

So glad you enjoyed it. You can pop the dressing in the fridge - just make sure to take it out a bit before you are ready to eat it so the oil can soften.
