Sir mughe last 2 years se lower back pain tha lekin kuch mahine pehle bilkul thik ho gya tha jisse maine exercises chord di thi lekin abb jab bhi long time tk khada rehta hoon pain hone lgta hai or jab late jaata hoon toh pain chla jaat hai kya kro sir
