He stands throughout his entire life the integrity, the same words, that each human being must be a light to itself, and never follow anyone, including himself. How can He call the Purana as trash when He says Shiva Ratri is holy day? I have been practicing Shambhavi Mahamudra kriya for 2 years now, which is an Inner Engineering practice, I am a lot happier and more peaceful now than I ever was.
