It sounds as the orchestra welcomes the siren and they become part of the orchestra together: A few seconds later, by when the broadcast starts, you can't clearly distinguish the siren from the whole melody. And you know what? The movie "Your Name" is a kind of condolences to Japanese people who went through natural disasters. So is the music.

7:26 this part of the song makes me tear up everytime. As soon as Noda starts singing chills run down my body and tears run down my eyes. This movie has such a lasting impact that it's unreal. They were supposed to write each other names on the palm of their hands so that they don't forget but Taki instead of writing his name wrote 'I Love You' , that just gets me everytime.
