You know, I've seen Kansas more than a dozen times. I had tickets for their recent show in Concord NH that I didn't go to. I got them for me and my wife for christmas. I came home one day a little while ago, and she turned to me and said, I don't want to be married anymore. And, I had tickets for the 25th anniversary tour, and I went, by myself, because my girl broke up with me. And I remember how horrible I felt standing there by myself listening to the music of my life while my heart was torn from my chest. So I couldn't go to this concert, in Concord NH because I didn't want to relive that terrible feeling, and I missed the band that played the songs of my life.

I got divorced but remarried the same woman a few years later. What was it that made her not love you anymore? Was it something about you or your way of being or she just fell out of love like my best friend’s ex-wife? Oh, and first saw Kansas on their Audio-Visions tour. One of my two favorite bands. Man, Steve’s voice had fallen apart by this video and when I saw him too.

I have always said the Phil is an underrated drummer. I don't think Steve's voice is underrated, but as a front man he is. He is always fun to watch on stage.

Phil is incredible. There's melody as well as rhythm to his style of drumming. And the inclusion of Lightnings Hand is a great touch to this song.

that's absolutely amazing, my two favorite Kansas songs in one spectacular piece. Thank you so much, they are playing in my hometown today and I can't go, so this makes it easier to take the sadness...

Robbie & Rich look like they've dropped a few lbs. Good for them. Steve had one of the best R&R voices ever; if he sounds like he's pinching now, it might be because he was so pure then.

Steve Walsh - what an amazing talent. It's common for guys with his career and at his age to have some damage to their vocal chords. But this guy in his prime was a real gem both as Hammond B3 player and a vocalist. Listen to his B3 solos. They are A+

As an avid Rush and Kansas fan, I always thought this is what Rush would sound like if they had more then 3 people in their band.

The 70's birthed so many great art rock bands - Kansas was one of the few non-British acts as well as Rush (canadian). I always thought the Hammond organ always did well in the heavier genres of rock - That thing Walsh has sound great even though it obviously is not a 500 Lb. organ - What is it anyway? His voice is gone - that's for sure. Listen to like Masque - He had the most cutting voice in rock and roll back in the day. Clean, piercing, pure, and just right on, man.

This is NOT that bad of a version, in fact it is very, very good. The only thing lacking is Steve's voice, which obviously is strained, but all in all, everything else is top notch. Plus, there are four original members here in Steve, Robbie, Phil and Rich. What the hell is Kansas II, this is fine.

lol...yeah...it's gone alright... but Rush and Kansas don't have much to do with eachother. Kerry was a huge Gentle Giant fan. Lots of lifted ideas...(though I still prefer Kansas by a million)

Steve's voice was so awesome in his prime, which makes this performance look like rubbish in comparison. Such is life. Awesome otherwise. I believe he slurred some words too.
