Kara, you have once again captured my imagination and sent me on a trip back in time. I see my 11 year old self sitting in my basement at 2am when I should have been in bed. With my headphones plugged into my 13" TV via a ridiculously long extension cord, as to not wake my parents, playing through the centra ruins on my quest to obtain the Odin summon. Hahaha Cory that's a perfect story. It reminds me of myself and my brother. It's crazy how addictive these old video games could be, but especially the Final Fantasy series. I have no intention of stopping any time soon! Keep watching :)

Beautifully played! Bravo! I've loved this piece of music since first hearing it all the way back in 1999. It evokes an almost anxious wariness of an unknown that you nevertheless have a compulsion to explore. Such a simple yet apt title too. Nobuo Uematsu deserves greater recognition for his entire body of work. What a legend!

Not only did this effect in me the greatest soul trembling chills ever, but--and partially because, you inadvertently solved for me the mystery of *that song*...I have never played ff8, but I listened to a lot of its music, and there was this video I would often come back to that smooshed it all into one without the track list...I just remember the gameplay in the background, the characters running around some stairs and up to a statue, and the words were in german...but that song...what was THAT song!? Any time I went looking for it, it eluded me because the first few seconds would throw me off...eventually I just accepted it was part of Ami...but I was lost, and you Kara...you just found the way for me :O ...the other partial cause of my chills being how well you played this, like, I really was just sitting here with wide eyes and mouth agape...that is not the slightest bit exaggeration

Hahaahaha I think I'd like to see that in person, the whole "wide open mouth" thing, it seems it happens to you a lot when you watch my videos XD hahah! Have you ever considered going back and playing 8? I know you're too busy with beading and such (hehehe), but maybe at some point you'll get the chance. Same with me though, i'd love to go back and play some of these old FF games! Maybe they'll do a remake of it sometime :)

Hahaha nuu, it must never be seen! I actually do want to play ff8 sometime, but I need to beat 9 first, which is taking forever since I only seem to play that maybe once a week on the weekend, and even then half that time is battling every npc I come across in the card game XD and theres also that tank I should be working on...oh and yes beads too, I've got some next to me cooling off right now! This is why I get probly 5-6 hours of sleep a night XD there's just never enough time for everything! You definitely should play some of the older games sometime :D
