Sensei Peter Dennis has been my Instructor since 1993 when i started his beginners course and never looked back. I'm still there with him now, transitioned from white belt to a co-instructor and wouldn't be where i am now if it wasn't for him, he's my instructor, mentor and friend, his karate skill and technique was jaw dropping in '93 and still is today, its been an absolute honour to have been taught by him and to be in his company.. he truly is a Karate legend..oss 🙏

Was a pleasure to train under Peter for a couple of year from 1991. A real inspiration, firm but fair, with a great sense of humour.

I never met Peter but attended the annual Ticky training camp at Clapton. During the training camp l lost in the final of the kumite, it would have been about 1977/78. My mate and I from Sheffield would travel to train with Sensei Takamizawa at Temple Birmingham and had a week at Dagenham with Ishinryu. Many described the Ishinryu people as arrogant but we were met with consideration and kindness.

I trained 4 times a week from 1992 -1997 as well as boxing once a week with Sensei in 1996. I quite rightly didn't get to Black belt as I still can't kick higher than my Knee, as well as being as slow as a river, despite the exercises I still do every day lol.
