Hey Karen , just loved the recipe Is there any alternative for cake flour and corn oil? I mean can we use all purpose flour and regular cooking oil?

Make your own - one cup sifted cake flour (100 grams) can be substituted with 3/4 cup (85 grams) sifted bleached all-purpose flour plus 2 tablespoons (15 grams) cornstarch. You can use any cooking oil with no heavy smell like canola oil. vegetable oil.

No,i think because your oven bottom heat is more higher, you can add a baking pan to reduce the heat from bottom.

可能下火太高,可以多加一個吸盤在底部減低溫度或直接調整溫度,每個烤箱溫度不一樣,要調整的。
