Naomi Watts, celebrated actress and now author, pulls no punches in her groundbreaking book, Dare I Say It: Everything I Wish I’d Known About Menopause. At 36, she was blindsided by early menopause just as she dreamed of starting a family. The experience left her feeling isolated and under-informed-until she decided to change the narrative. In this raw and hilarious discussion, stigmas are smashed and stories are shared: everything from estrogen-patch removal mishaps to how to choose a doctor that’s right for you. If you’re ready for a refreshingly real take on menopause, Naomi Watts is here to deliver-she dares, and so should you.

Katie, I would just love to sit and talk with you about how it feels to take tamoxifen and to be told HRT is not an option, while living with all this positive talk about support during menopause. I am 46 and just started tamoxifen after a stage 0 breast cancer diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.

I am Naomi's age and this is such an important subject. I can't wait to read her book! Conversations are changing within my own daughter's generation. They are very comfortable discussing pregnancy, breastfeeding, etc.

Finally! We need more intelligent women speaking to us about our reality and truth in today’s messed up world. This sisterhood is priceless. 🫶Thanks Naomi 💞and Katie 💞

I went into menopause at 39 --- nobody told me a damn thing about it or what to expect. I wish I would have had this information back then!

Thank you so much Katie for talking about this and having these conversations with other incredible women. It's nice to finally talk about menopause and learn about it, so all of us women don't feel like we're just going crazy!!!

Love this so much please keep talking about this … my only concern now is how do we now trust what is being said about HRT i feel like we have swung so far that now everyone should be on HRT ….. how do we know we can trust now …..

Just remember, the WHO study only showed 6 extra cases of breast cancer out of 10,000 women. The press got the leak and at that time HRT was the number 1 selling RX in the world. They say that after the press leak it was the flush that you could hear around the world.

Katie is so afraid of facts, I'll never forget that piece she did on Christopher Columbus when an expert was trying to educate her his behaviour/rape abuse and murderous nature aka REALITY 😅

Katie, do you realize that cutting off or finishing your clients sentences occurs often during an interview,??

That's an odd observation. I was working out while listening to this interview and only noticed a polite conversation! Interesting that you are a man making this comment. 🤔
