That camera angle is dope dude. Good thinking on setting up the boomstick like that. Also those were some nice salmon. Cheers bud.
@PeelingLine3 жыл бұрын
Appreciate it! The boomstick has a little connector at the bottom you can buy. I have 2 but you could get more and in 2 seconds you can change the camera angle (front to rear) and then you have the range the arm moves. What would be sweet is if the camera stayed facing you when you moved the boomstick.

Looks like a great day to be on the water......I cannot say I have seen anyone fish with a mirror before.....reeling backwards has to feel awkward also and finally just my luck about to land the fish and bye bye
@Fishin-mission13 жыл бұрын
The mirror is a flasher they help attract and give you a wider area under water for your lure to cover.
@PeelingLine3 жыл бұрын
It started out nice but the wind picked up and everyone took their boats out. I couldn't even troll after a while because of the waves. Reeling backwards is awkward but that is just what you have to do on a kayak. You need to keep up the momentum when you get a hook up.

@@PeelingLine I bought that Big Fish pedal kayak. It was leaking as you know from small micro holes. It’s super stable after the fix. The company is going to send me a new one and I told them I want the 108 instead of the 103 after my time in the current at point no point this weekend. The only problem with with the seaweed getting in the prop.

No I haven't. But, others have had some other whale encounters recently. I do see lots of dolphins near by often. The flag is definitely worth it when there are boats around. One more thing to make you easier to see especially when people are drinking.

I showed it in the video. Deepsix diver No. 1, flasher and hoochie. Herring strip and herring sauce. You can see it again in my orca video but with a No.2 diver. Unless you have pedals it will be tough to catch them because you need to keep up your momentum when you hook the fish. Good luck.
