It seems that many boaters know very little about safe boat operation. I've had them run me into the bushes, practically swamp me, you name it. Jet skis are the worst. I've been wade fishing and had them turn donuts in front of me. Congrats on the successful tournament. I enjoy your videos.

Couldn't have said it any better. My biggest catches and wins have been on spots I had faith in. Most in the last hour of a tourney or talking friends into staying just 5 more minutes. Of course if the gar are bad I'll move quickly! Congrats on the win but do I need a yak? I'll be down there in two weeks mostly targeting stripped bass and working my way east near the Smokey's. Anyone on here going after paddlefish(spoonbills)? Worth the effort or no? I missed the KY season up here.

Justin if you have never tired it, channel cat filet will bring in some monster blues. Two of my biggest have come from channel cat filet. It is also tough as heck to get off the hook.

First it was so funny that you caught that Channel cat first thing while you were talking about how much you dislike them personally I like them they are our most prevalent catfish. Second when I fished Bass Tournaments I have done the same thing left a place I knew I had a chance of catching good fish to try somewhere. Most of the times I did that it did not work out but occasionally you can hit the Jackpot by moving. You just have to do what your gut tells you in that moment. Congratulations on the Win.
