About 12 years ago, I was a heavy heroin addict. In December, God cleaned me up. I was asked to share my story at different rehabs. I did. I also “got on their” level while sharing my testimony- swearing, acting a fool etc. At the time, I thgt I was helping more than anything.. what I know now is I didn’t have to do all the extra stuff. All I had to do was share the truth and be honest and genuine. I understand why Mike Todd thinks he has to do this, but what he’s really doing is discrediting God. God doesn’t need our help.. with anything.

I do all things for the sake of the gospel, so that I may become a fellow partaker of it." 1 Corinthians 9:19-23 I think there is sometimes reason to superficially compromise to better communicate with sinners, and being "too Holy" can certainly be a barrier to communcating effectively with the lost - but at the same time, if we can no longer effectively model true holiness to them because we have compromised to much, not only are we not helping them, but we might even put ourselves in danger. But Mike Todd was supposely preaching to the choir, not the lost, and even then he took it far to far.

My pastor just did two sermons on Sex and Sanctification and he did it with so much class and integrity bc he didn't want to misrepresent the heart of God. You don't have to "go down to get down." You can still teach this types of sermons but you have to be responsible by honoring God when doing it.

Here is the thing, when you make creativity an idol especially as a Pastor you risk the chance of prioritizing your creative idea over scripture. That can lead you to cherry picking scripture to fit into your creative vision instead of first being inspired by scripture to let your God-given creativity work. The same problem here in my church, expository preaching is becoming a rarer and rarer luxury (actually l don't even remember when expository preaching was preached in our church) the pastor tells some stories from his life, all sorts of excerpts from some books he has read, puts in some lines from the Bible and that's it. Preaching became some kind of self help group monologues in a way...... lt's very sad. Sound theology and doctrine become some kind of relic of the past, they gained so much courage that they decided that they can manage God's property -The Church however they want... let women teach and preach, make sermonettes instead of sermons, twist Gods commands and the Word.... it's scary...

this is actually really really sad...i was truly hopeful when he first came on the scene and things him and his church was doing and how they were reaching people BUT the bigger and more popular they/he became the worse things got....and the bad part is NO ONE is there to hold him accountable and sit him down to set him straight, he's just going further and further into foolishness and misleading preaching

My sister loves Todd. I do not because I do not like his theatrics. However, I will say no child should be in his audience watching what he's doing. This isn't a church. This is people playing with God. They better stop.

What’s really sad it’s the young people he’s going after it’s given cult vibes like they believe in Mike Todd not in the Jesus Christ that most of us has been taught and the young people don’t read the bible and they definitely don’t want to go to no other church because for those that follow this individual thinks it’s fun, Mike Todd doesn’t realize the danger he’s in and the damage he’s causing people who are listening to him if anyone attending this church they are not save and they are definitely not spirit feeled I get what he trying to attempt to convey the problem is he doesn’t use the scripture according to the word of this individual is nothing more than a entertainer and maybe a motivational speaker Mike is being exposed as a false prophet and this is the warning that has been spoken 😢 to those of us who knows the truth.

I'm tired of *his church*!! The 14 min mark i literally said "i know this man didnt do this". I watch your shows with my hubs and you always say what we are thinking. This is so insane, idk how you do this, but thank you for doing it. No one will ever say that they didnt know this man was not of God.

What if there are children in there? People are laughing at this stuff and children won't think anything of it. They would think it's okay because the "Pastor" is doing it and most are laughing. They may even copy what he is doing. I hope TMH steps in because Mike Todd is doing wayyyyy tooooo much! I do understand that TMH has warned us all of people like this.
